It also supports advanced EDID management (AUTO 2.0CH 5.1CH 7.1CH selectable). Flexible control via front panel buttons and IR remote control.

      What is the maximum length of HDMI outputs?

      You can use standard HDMI cables up to 15 feet and high quality cables up to 30 feet.

      However, you can use fiber optic active HDMI cables up to 200 feet. If its not a high quality cable then you may lose the signal in some instances.

      What would happen if we use 50ft HD cable instead of the optic cable?

      You can use standard HDMI cables up to 15 feet and high quality cables up to 30 feet.

      Can we use the Elgato Capture Card to capture the output of HDMI Switcher?

      No, our switchers aren t compatible with capture cards

      Does the power adapter support 220V input?

      Yes, the included power adapter does support 220V

      Does this product support 1440P (2560 x 1440 WQHD)?

      The UHDS-402A does support 1440p and it will operate with 1440p 60hz 120hz 144hz. However, it doesn t support downscale from 1440p to 1080p so both outputs will receive 1080p@ 60hz at the same time

      Can we use a soundbar with UHDS-402A if there is HDMI ARC port?

      No, in order to extract the sound, your soundbar should have an HDMI input port.

      If your soundbar doesnt have an HDMI input port then this product will not work for your requirements & it won t be able to extract the sound

      Does it support downscaling function?

      Yes, it does support 4k to 1080p downscaling function

      Does it support Dolby Atmos?

      Yes, the UHDS-402A does support Dolby Atmos pass-through via HDMI output. However, the optical audio output will only support up to 5.1ch

      Can we use Sonos Beam soundbar with UHDS-402A to get the ARC?

      The Beam doesn t have an HDMI input port, it has HDMI ARC port which needs to communicate directly with TV s HDMI ARC port. The UHDS-402A doesn t support HDMI ARC output. You can connect the optical audio cable to your Sonos beam with UHDS-402A.

      The UHD-402 supports HDMI ARC connection between the Output B display and the HDMI input 4. If you d like to connect your Sonos beam via HDMI ARC connection then you ll need to use the UHD-402 instead.

      Can we use Projector and Sonos Beam soundbar with UHDS-402A to get the ARC?

      If your projector doesn t have an ARC HDMI port then you ll need to use a HDMI switch with audio extraction via optical output to connect it to your Beam. UHDS-401A and UHDS-402A both support optical output audio extraction.

      Does UHDS-402A supports HDR?

      Yes

      Can this matrix output 4k@60Hz (3840×2160) 4:4:4 to both monitors A and B simultaneously?

      Yes, the UHDS-402A does support 4K@60hz 4:4:4 output through both output A and B. It also supports 4K to 1080p downscale function which can be enabled if either of the outputs are only 1080p so that you can retain 4K to the other output
